U.S. House members call for congressional investigation of federal drug agents’ actions in NM
The U.S. House members of New Mexico's congressional delegation, U.S. Reps. Melanie Stansbury, Gabe Vasquez and Teresa Leger Fernández, all Democrats, on Thursday released a letter requesting a debriefing from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and want an investigation into federal drug agents' actions in New Mexico following reports that DEA agents allowed millions of fentanyl pills into the state. The state also has opened an investigation.

New Mexico judge dismisses Project Jupiter data center lawsuit, but offers chance to re-file
A New Mexico judge on Tuesday dismissed a Las Cruces resident’s lawsuit against the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners over its handling of a vote on the controversial Project Jupiter data center — but gave him another chance to refile.
